We are thrilled to have had our first RSR Elite Boys Racing Camp in the summer of 2024!

Now we're looking forward to 2025!!

Ready Set Row® is built of strong rowers - coaches, mentors and guest speakers - who build your internal capacity so that you can tolerate distress, manage performance anxiety and step forward bravely in the face of fear.

We prioritize leadership and mental-skills training such that athletes not only develop as faster rowers, but more importantly, they grow in their overall capacity to meet life's challenges. RSR athletes are empowered with new confidence, self awareness, resilience, and courage.
