RSR Elite boys 2024
June 17-July 16, 2024
We are thrilled to be having our first RSR Elite Boys Racing Camp in the summer of 2024!
Ready Set Row® is built of strong rowers - coaches, mentors and guest speakers - who teach tools for distress tolerance, how to manage performance anxiety and how to step forward bravely in the face of fear.
We prioritize leadership and mental-skills training such that athletes not only develop as faster rowers, but more importantly, they grow in their overall capacity to meet life's challenges. RSR athletes are empowered with new confidence, self awareness, resilience, and courage.
Ready Set Row
“I have so much more confidence in myself. I came to camp scared that I wasn’t good enough and left truly believing I was strong and belonged. I’m no longer scared that I’m not enough in rowing and my life.”
Our mission at RSR is to build strong, brave and resilient athletes through the sport of rowing.
ANd we also like to make boats go fast!
RSR Elite GIRLS 2023 won the marion D. Ventura womens point Trophy!
And we also have fun!
