RSR Foundations Rowing Camp

Ready Set Row® (RSR) Foundation Camps focus on the whole athlete and all aspects of being a strong, fit and confident young athlete. Our athletes will row twice a day, learn RSR Mental Skills and learn the foundational strength and mobility exercises to improve efficiency and reduce the chance of injury.
Our athletes range in experience from just one season to several years, but they all have a strong desire to improve and grow.
Location and dates for Foundation Camp 2027 are TBD. Please add your email to our Interest list to be notified when details are finalized.
We will offer BOARDING and NON-BOARDING for athletes. Those boarding will live in A/C dorms, eat nutritious meals as a team and complete RSR Mental Skills in a classroom on campus.
Non-boarding athletes will arrive each day at 8:30am, eat lunch with the team and depart at 5pm each day.
Foundations Rowing Camp is perfect for any athletes who want additional experience or focused coaching on a foundational aspect of the sport:
- On the water and erg technique
- Physical fitness and strength
- Nutrition and fueling for performance
- Mental-skills training; and
- Fun in fitness!
RSR Foundation Camp will be TBD 2027.
RSR Foundation Camp cost including room and board is $3750.
RSR Foundation Day Camp costs $2200 and includes lunch.
All athletes receive RSR Mental Skills manual and RSR Tshirt.
Welcoming boys and girls age 14+.
The Ready Set Row® Foundation Camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade and/or gender). This camp welcomes all genders aged 14+. Athletes are encouraged to have at least one season of rowing experience and be able to swim for safety reasons.
