In 2026 RSR Elite won the Colgan Cup for the Team Points at the USRowing RowFest Summer National Championship!
RSR Elite is a safe and supportive environment for athletes to pursue athletic excellence and personal growth through leadership, emotional management and resilience training.
RSR Elite is the only junior rower summer racing camp in the United States that fully integrates mental training into the physical training and racing of our athletes. We teach tools for distress tolerance, how to manage performance anxiety, and how to step forward bravely in the face of fear.
Our athletes not only develop as faster rowers, but more importantly, they grow in their overall capacity to meet life's challenges.
