Nutrition sessions are designed to help you get the most from your fuel and lifestyle habits to improve your training.
We will spend 30 minutes getting to know what you are doing, and find action steps for you to take that fit into your schedule and goals. Nutrition can be very personal, and to really individualize this, you will be asked to dive deep and reflect on your personal goals, struggles, and strengths.
Nutrition sessions are sold in packages of 4 x 30min sessions.
