We will spend 30 minutes getting to know what you are doing, and find action steps for you to take to create new mindset habits.
Mindset can be very personal, and to really individualize this, you will be asked to dive deep and reflect on your personal goals, struggles, and strengths.
Mindset sessions are sold in packages of 4 x 30min sessions.
