RSR 2023 applications have closed. If you are interested in applying for 2024, please register your interest above.
RSR is built of strong women - coaches, mentors and guest speakers - who teach Distress Tolerance, how to manage Performance Anxiety and how to Step Forward Bravely in the face of fear.
We prioritize female leadership and mental-skills training such that athletes not only develop as faster rowers, but more importantly, they grow in their overall capacity to meet life's challenges. RSR athletes are empowered with new confidence, self awareness, resilience, and courage.
Our mission at RSR is to build strong, brave and resilient women through the sport of rowing.
ANd we also like to make boats go fast!
