RSR Elite Girls Racing Team
June 17-July 16, 2023
We are already planning RSR Elite 2024 and applications open in early 2024. Please register your interest above.
RSR is built of strong women - coaches, mentors and guest speakers - who teach tools for Distress Tolerance, how to manage Performance Anxiety and how to Step Forward Bravely in the face of fear.
We prioritize female leadership and mental-skills training such that athletes not only develop as faster rowers, but more importantly, they grow in their overall capacity to meet life's challenges. RSR athletes are empowered with new confidence, self awareness, resilience, and courage.
Ready Set Row
“I have so much more confidence in myself. I came to camp scared that I wasn’t good enough and left truly believing I was strong and belonged. I’m no longer scared that I’m not enough in rowing and my life.”
Our mission at RSR is to build strong, brave and resilient women through the sport of rowing.
ANd we also like to make boats go fast!
RSR Elite 2023 won the marion D. Ventura womens point Trophy!
And we also have fun!
