RSR DEV TEAM
SUMMER CAMP
The RSR Development Camp welcomes female athletes for 2 1/2 weeks over the summer who want to learn the RSR mental skills and focus on developing their on the technique, build strength through proper weight training and learning how to incorporate cross training to ensure they can row for years to come.
RSR Dev is perfect for athletes who are not yet ready for the Elite camp or have a scheduling conflict so need a shorter option. This is the perfect camp for those who need more technical development or are not ready for the volume and intensity of Elite. Dev athletes will have the opportunity to row all boat classes and really focus on improving their technique without worrying about selection.

RSR Dev Team athletes will train at Marietta College for 2.5 weeks, rowing every morning and working on fitness, flexibility, mobility and strength each afternoon.
The Dev Team will also complete the RSR Mental Skills curriculum, allowing them to develop physically and mentally!
