Our most popular RSR Virtual Plan, this packages is designed to support the athlete make significant improvements on the ERG and with his/her strength, core, mobility and flexibility. After a Skype Athlete Assessment, Coach Holly and Coach Mitchell work with the athlete to determine short and long term goals and design a custom program. The athlete receives 6 workouts a week for 12 weeks - ideal for winter training, summer break and even the fall season for those who do not race in the fall. Coach Holly and Coach Mitchell will each check in over Skype with the athlete each week for video review, additional instruction and direction and mentorship. 

RSR Strength Programs will be designed to meet the athlete's access to equipment: 1) NO gym equipment, 2) Basic gym equipment and 3) Full-access to gym equipment.

ATHLETES MUST FILL OUT THE VIRTUAL TRAINING REGISTRATION FORM TO COMMENCE THE PROGRAM AFTER PAYMENT.
