ERG SEASON - 12 weeks of 3 days per week

12 Weeks - 3x per Week

Package includes 12 WEEK periodization training plan to bridge a training gap. RSR workouts require access to a Concept 2 ergometer (~60min) and the LiveRowing Connect adaptor. Athletes must download LiveRowing on her/his phone to see the workouts and the adaptor is required to log workouts and track your times. Any athletes who ever anticipate working with an RSR Coach privately must record workouts in LiveRowing so that we can see the data.

EXPERIENCED ATHLETES ONLY (>2 years). Athletes are expected to complete two long stead state workouts cross training during each week - run, swim, bike etc.

Best for experienced athletes looking to bridge a season: summer, fall, winter. Current plan suited best for winter or fall programs.
