12 Weeks - 3x per Week

Rowing OYO workouts are designed specifically for each athlete to bridge a training gap. RSR workouts require access to a Concept 2 ergometer (~60min). Pro packages include Athlete Assessment to determine fitness level, goals and custom programming. Athlete will be required to submit weekly video for review. Erg splits will be specified for AT and MAX workouts to reach predetermined goals. Package includes 20min weekly check-ins with mentor Coach Holly. Ideal for replacing a season such as fall season or winter training. All experiences welcome. Programs for Novice, Intermediate and Advanced Athletes.

ATHLETES MUST FILL OUT THE VIRTUAL TRAINING REGISTRATION FORM TO COMMENCE THE PROGRAM AFTER PAYMENT.
