Athlete receives 12 weeks of custom strength training workouts to supplement existing training or bridge training gap. Packages customized for 1. NO gym equipment; 2. Basic gym equipment; 3. Full-access to gym equipment. Package includes weekly 20 min check-in and mentorship from Coach Mitchell for strength. Programs for Novice, Intermediate and Advanced Athletes.
