Package includes 12 WEEK periodization training plan to bridge a training gap. RSR workouts require access to a Concept 2 ergometer (~60min). Athlete receives workouts weekly. EXPERIENCED ATHLETES ONLY (>2 years).

Best for experienced athletes looking to bridge a season: summer, fall, winter. Plan Options: Fall Program, Winter Program, Summer Program.

ATHLETES MUST FILL OUT THE VIRTUAL TRAINING REGISTRATION FORM TO COMMENCE THE PROGRAM AFTER PAYMENT.
