Winter Strength Training (CrossFit Training Only) 4:00-5:15PM

Intense indoor erg training to raise athletic performance, mental toughness and resilience. Focused indoor rowing winter training for RSR alumnae or Varsity athletes only. Athletes will be assigned an erg and complete full winter endurance and erg power training program. Indoor rowing technique and strategy is paired with mental skill training and distress tolerance work. Athlete attends RSR training but brings his/her own ERG before the first day and leaves the ERG at Goliath for the duration of the winter for his/her personal use only.

Athlete must bring PERSONAL ERG for the duration of the winter for his/her personal use only. Athletes will receive 15% coupon for RSR Strength Training Tu, Th, Sa. OYOs provided for 12/1, 12/8, 12/22, 12/25, 12/27, 12/29, 1/1/18.

ATHLETES MUST FILL OUT THE RSR GROUP ATHLETE REGISTRATION FORM TO COMMENCE THE PROGRAM AFTER PAYMENT.
